ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION condition REPORT (EICR)

Lumière Electrical carries out Electrical Installation Condition Reports.

An EICR  is a report carried out to assess the safety of the existing electrical installation within a property and is used to describe its condition. 

This report includes consumer units, protective bonding, lighting, switches and sockets etc.

Its purpose is to determine whether or not the electrical installation is in a safe condition and whether it is deemed to be in a 'satisfactory' or 'unsatisfactory' condition.

The report will detail a list of observations made during inspection or requiring improvement.
